General Membership meeting plus a presentation on the rights and obligations of a visual journalist while working on Capitol Hill and on the street. Staff members from the Capitol Standing Committees will discuss the rules for still and video coverage on the Hill. Laura Malone, Associate General Counsel, The Associated Press will discuss the when, where, and who questions that all photographers have faced practicing their profession.
