Members of the Senate and House Press Galleries will discuss when and where to make video and still photographs in the halls of congress —who is fair game and who is not. Laura Malone, Associate General Counsel of The Associated Press will talk about a photographers rights while working on general assignments and important information you should know as a professional photographer.October 23rd, Reception 6:30 PM Program begins at 7 PM at Dennis Brack Studio, 318 Third Street NE Rear, Washington, DC.  ­ See attached map. 202 547 1176
