TICKETS _ ADVANCED PICK UP OPTIONS
Tickets can be ‘Fed-Exed” to you if you provide HEIDI with your account number. Also, she will be at the Ritz Carlton in the Lincoln room after 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2008. You may pick up your tickets there, anytime after….thru late Saturday morning. Will Call will open at 5 p.m., although the gala will not begin until the 6:30 p.m. cocktail hour. Please allow ample time for transportation and parking. There is a bar in the restaurant area of the hotel, as well as a small sitting room off of the main lobby. Remember, YOU MUST have a ticket to attend. You will NOT be allowed into the ballroom or be eligible for the Continental airline drawing without one. See you all there! It’s going to be a great celebration!
