Thank you for your prompt attention to your renewal notices. I hope to have everything processed and your car cards and expiration stickers for your badges in the mail by tomorrow.

Contest deadline reminder: Tomorrow, January, 22,2010 is the deadline for NEW MEDIA entries. Friday, January 29, 2010 is the deadline for TELEVISION entries Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010 is the STILLS deadline. Please …don’t wait until the last minute to enter, especially The TV contest, as new procedures have been put into place.

Visit http://www.whnpa.org/contestinfo for ALL the rules and requirements for all contests. Remember, you must be current with your membership dues (and meet other eligibility requirements) in order to enter the contests. Please ask the committee chairs if you have any questions. Please do not give entry fee checks to the contest committees. You may send a check to the  WHNPA  P.O. Box or use the PayPal option on  the WHNPA web site. 

Contest judging will be Feb. 13 & 14 at National Geographic —watch the web site for info about the membership meeting on Friday night, Feb. 12 at National Geographic.
Judging is open to the public.
