general membership meeting - friday, feb 12

Hi Everybody,

Please remember that one item on the agenda for the General Membership meeting tomorrow night will be nominations for members of the Executive Board of the WHNPA.  The Nominating Committee will present its slate of candidates and then the floor will be open for nominations for all of the positions..  The offices scheduled for election are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, 1 - three year board term for stills, and 1 - three year board term for electronic media. 

Please remember that our by-laws state “All candidates for elected positions must be qualified as Active or Life Members in good standing at the time of nominations, and must have given advance permission to be placed in nomination”.

The election will be conducted in April.
