DEADLINE:  This Saturday, May 1st  is the deadline to RSVP for the awards gala to be held on Saturday, May 15th.   Seats are going quickly… so don’t delay.  The evening will be unforgettable!
 
LIMITED WILL CALL on Saturday night!!!   Please make every effort to have tickets ahead if time.   Avoid the lines and start having fun!  Photo booth will be back by popular demand!!

Ticket pick up will be at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, downstairs in the Lincoln Room on the following dates:
 
Thursday, May 13, 2010 from NOON until 8p.m.

Friday, May 14, 2010 from 9:00 am until NOON ONLY.

Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 10:00 am until NOON ONLY.

If you need your tickets shipped, please provide Heidi  with your FEDEX account number and she’ll ship once table assignments are finished.

And…thanks to NIKON’s continued support, we will be having a Camera Raffle!!
 
At the 89th Eyes of History gala on May 15, 2010, guests will have the chance to win the top of the line Nikon D3S camera as part of the first-ever Gala Raffle. Proceeds from each $10 raffle ticket will help fund the WHNPA scholarship programs. All attendees will have an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for the camera when picking up your tickets before the gala, upon arrival at the gala and during the cocktail hour.  We will draw one winning ticket from the stage during the second half of the evening program.  You MUST be present in the room in order to win!!!!
 
 
Your odds of winning this incredible, professional camera are fantastic. And remember, you will be helping to support your association and the programs we offer.
