The  2009  WHNPA Student Contest rules have been posted on our web site. We will accept entries until March 1 at 11:59 PM EST. Download this poster and help spread the word. Information about how to submit your entries  has been posted. For full information and submission guidelines, visit the STUDENT CONTEST section of our site. A special thanks to our sponsor, YouSendIt, who has made the digital file entry process simple and easy for this year’s competition. The public judging will be held at the Associated Press Headquarters in downtown DC starting at 8:30 a.m. All are welcome to come hear the judging and hear the judges comments on the winning work.Judging Location: Associated Press,  1100 13th Street NW, Suite 700, Washington DC 20005.” A photo ID is required to enter, and observers will be escorted to the judging venue by a WHNPA member THE STUDENT CONTEST ENTRY DEADLINE IS MARCH 1 AT 11:59 PM  EST
